Clinical– Urology Specialists hire Medical Assistants, LPN, and RNs to fill a variety of clinical positions. Our clinical staff is trained in rooming patients, assisting the physicians with procedures, placing catheters, venipuncture, giving shots, and many other urology procedures. Non-Clinical– Urology Specialists has a variety of non-clinical position that may or may not require a degree. Answering phone, scheduling appointments and assisting the billing department are just a few jobs that we typically have available. Management– Urology Specialists does have multiple management rolls. We expect our manager to be well versed in many management styles and are willing to learn new techniques. Since employee satisfaction is a key component in patient satisfaction, we need exceptional managers to apply.
