POST-OP INSTRUCTIONS

Once you are home, take medications are prescribed and relax for the first 24 hours.

Limit activity as required by the procedure.

You will be scheduled for a POST-OP (follow-up) appointment with Urology Specialists of Ohio at the same time the surgery is scheduled. The surgery scheduler will inform you of this date.

If you had a kidney stone procedure the nurse will call you afterwards to schedule your follow up appointment.

If you do not have the paperwork filled out prior to your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete in the office. If you do not have the paperwork filled out prior to your appointment time then your appointment will be rescheduled to another date.
