Urology Specialists of Ohio is open from 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday and is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Same day or next day appointments are available for emergencies, and at Urology Specialists of Ohio, we have a policy to get all new patients an appointment as soon as possible, and usually within 1 week.
We participate with most major insurance companies including Anthem, UHC, Medical Mutual, and Aetna. We are also providers for Medicare, most Medicare advantage plans, and Ohio Medicaid. However, we do not participate with all insurance companies. If you are unsure of our participation with your insurance company, please contact them to verify our participation.
As a courtesy and convenience to you, we will file claims for all our patients.

Yes! Patient balances are due in full by the date on your first statement. However, if you are unable to pay your full balance, please contact our business office to set up payment arrangements.
In addition to your co-pay, you may be required to meet a deductible before your insurance pays towards the balance. Many insurance companies require us to bill a certain percentage of the total bill to you, for example 20% or 30%. Please contact your insurance company if you have a question about your percentage of the bill that will be paid by the insurance company. Also, some of our services may not be covered by your insurance program.
Usually we can release your medical records within 7-10 days after receiving your release form.
